Shopping for boardshorts?

I'm looking for a store that isn't online that I can get boardshorts for a girl at. I know Zumies and PacSun have them but they're like $40 and that's too expensive. I'm going shopping today and I'd like to know a list of places that have them for cheaper than $30.

  1. Maybe Kohl's or Target. I actually was at Marshall's the other day and they had some from Billabong that were definitely under 30 dollars. Maybe try Tilly's online too.
