Shopping question for anyone one willing to help me.?

So, i am broke and i don't have enough money left to buy stuff after i pay my bills for school, and my apartments, etc. I want to look cute and dress up and stuff. So i was wondering if anyone knew of any websites stores any where i can get cheap stuff, like clothes, shoes, bags, cell phones, jewelry, fashion stuff.. I would appreciate anyone who gives me sources or any were i can find items. Please be as specific as possible..THANX A BUNCH..

I found them on shopzilla searching for some wedges, i bought the pink wedges from them and i love them i would definitely suggest them.

e-bay is the obvious online option.  

Are there any charity shops in your area?  You can often find good stuff at reasonable prices, plus you are helping the charity concerned, so everybody wins.
