i dont think there are shopping websites like that cuz if they were like that ppl could get away with too many things like never paying or putting orders in other ppls names and all that stuff. so yea its not sumthin that bussiness dont do. but as for good sites to shop from...

Order at shopping sites, it is easy to pay . Where? But what do you want to order? And where do you live? USA, UK ,CANADA...?

You'd better order at websites in your country. For example, if you live in USA,you should at the website that the domain  name  in USA. In this case, you will save some shipping fare. And some shopping sites maybe don't ship to anywhere.
