Shops in Kings Cross and Covent Garden??? Help

hey guys im travelling to London next week and I'm staying at the hotel kings cross royal scot.

I was wondering if you know any shopping spots around there...like department stores and vintage shops and stuff...

Kings Cross doesn't have shopping but Covent Garden is great. Just the whole Covent Garden area is great.

there's not really any good shopping next to the hotel, but it's well placed to get to lots of areas that do ... Covent Garden is cute ... you can get a tube or bus down to Oxford Street, Regent Street area which is non-stop shopping, you can also get a bus along to The Angel which is good for shops and also has an antiques market, and is very lively in the evening with lots of great cafes and pubs ... you could also get a tube to South Kensington where Harrods and lots of other very upmarket shops are
