Short, lightning bolt headaches?

Ever seen Garden State, when Zach Braff's character is explaining to his father that he gets these intense, sudden headaches that are short and don't last more than a minute? Well, i get those too. Man, they are more irritating than anything. I usually just apply pressure to the spot that hurts and eventually it just goes away. Does anyone else get these?

I used to.  You'd be surprised what getting a better nights sleep will do to cure those right up.

Look into getting on a melatonin routine.
