Short but strange dream?

Question

I was dreaming about me in our backyard at home. I had a pair of pliers and there was a bug on the patio. I picked it up and crushed it with the pliers. I woke up instantly and felt as if my chest were being squeezed, but it quickly went away.

Does this mean anything?

Go to your doc and have yourself checked for asthma or allergies.  You had some kind of respiratory distress.

I heard something similar on TV.

it could be a sign that you are fearing or suspecting yourself of self-destruction. or you are adding to much stress to your life.
