Short choppy layered hair cut?

Question

Ok, so I'm a 15 year old girl with a little bit longer than 3 inches past the shoulder hair. I want to get my hair cut, and have quite a few choppy layers put in. Yes, I'm kind of going for the "scene" look, but the problem is, my hairdresser does not quite do what i want when i don't have a picture. Does anyone have any good pictures of what I'm looking for? I'm not picky, so share away :]
