recently through this site i found out how to resolve an issue involving my f******n going over the glans too much when erect and it being painfull to retract back over the glans even when flacid sometimes, i was told to over a period of time keep pulling back the f******n to reduce sensitivity which i have been doing but this is only possible when my p***s is at its smallest (coldest) but any longer and it becomes impossible for me,i think the cause for this is a short frenulum.is there any way to fix this without circumcision or even without going to the doctor maybe...thanks

  1. It's important to know your age... If you're young it will grow or your pennis will get used to it... Dont circumcised just cut your frenulum if its necessary... I had this same prolbem but it fixed byitself with the years...

  2. Why have you not gone to see an urologist, thats a p***s doctor.  Have him examine you.  It sounds like you may have phimosis and a short frenulum.

Trying to fix this without going to the doctor is idiotic.

There is nothing wrong with circumcision to fix this problem either.

try these sites and post your problem there.  you will see a host of suggestions.

  3. Have you been doing stretching exercises, as outlined in these websites?

You can get a steroid cream for the phimosis called betamethasone from your doctor.

If you have a short frenulum there is a small surgical procedure called a frenuloplasty which removes or lengthens the frenulum (not a full-blown circumcision), which you might want to look into as a last resort. Get advice from your doctor first though.

  4. You can have your frenulum lengthened surgically by a procedure called frenuloplasty. You need a urologist.

  5. without seeing a dr. no

  6. How long have you been stretching for? It might take a while and you might find it possible to pull back when flaccid but not when erect after a while, but then you can stretch it when erect as well. If your frenulum is too short then I recommend you see a doctor and ask about frenuloplasty where they can loosen the frenulum for you. Also ask about the steroid cream (betamethasone) that is used for tight foreskins. Those options should work and a circumcision should not be necessary.
