In my opinion..

1) What is the perfect number of children to have?

-For us it's two, but we will discuss the possibility of a third.

2) What are the perfect ages to have these children?

-When I had them (21 and 23)

3)What is the perfect age gap (ages between children)?

-At least 1-2 years.  Your body needs time to fully heal in between children.

4) How many years should you be married or in a relationship with your child(ren's) daddy before trying for a baby?

-I have been with my husband for 6 years and married to him for almost 4 of those years.  I say wait until you are both ready.  Our first was a surprise 8 months into our marriage, but the timing was great.

5) And just out of my curiosity whats your star sign or better date of birth? (even If you don't believe in astrology)

-I'm a Leo and I was born 8/12/1984

~We would like to have 4.  That feels like the perfect number to us.

~in your 20s, I think.

~For us, 3 - 4 years has been really good.

~3 years minimum and I think you should live together before bringing children into the mix.

I'll answer them with the age I was when I had mine, then followed by what I'd say is best.

I will have 3.

I think 2 or 4 would be perfect.

I had mine at 18, 21, and this one when I am 22.

Perfect to me would be 20, 22, 24, 26. (depending on how many kids)

3 years is the age difference with my first two. My youngest and middle will be 1 year apart.

I think 3 years was perfect, she was old enough to really understand things fairly well.

3 years is how long we were together(before our first), lived together more than 2 of that. Together 7 next March, married 4 in less than 3 weeks.

I'd say no less than 3 years.

It is different for everyone, my first child is due August 20 and I am 18 years old.  Although if I had the choice I would have waited until I was probably 26 at least.
