Short hair, want scene look?

Ok my hair is like 4in-6in-ish and my bangs are most likely 5-7 inches, it comes down to my eye brows. I want a scene look and i got less than 2 weeks before school starts soooo any ideas. if you have something bad to say save it.

maybe you can do this but just keep your bottom layer longer

Try hair extensions? Um... if not then maybe you can still poof it up somehow. Do you mean 4-6 inches from you chin?
