Shortwave radio repair?

Hello everyone i have a sw band spread radio and it has a problem that i cannot figure out, the tuner is not moving because it was somehow unwound and i am looking for a radio shop who will fix it.

Have you opened it? There is usually a string that connects the dial to the tuning capacitor. If that string breaks you will have exactly the problem you are saying. All you have to do is restring the string around the pulleys. There is usually a spring to keep tension on the string.
