My wrist has been a little sore lately after I do a couple throws, I am in high school, and I was wondering if I could take an ace bandage and run it around my wrist and in between my thumb and index finger, I know i can have it around my wrist but I dont know about the area between the thumb and index finger.

  1. There is no official rule preventing you from wrapping your hand any way you see fit. I will advise though not to wrap inbetween your fingers it will stiffen your hand flexability and prevent you from throwing as hard as truly can. My advice is to stretch out your fingers and thumb about 20 minutes before you throw and at practice just throw a few full out whens and then rest and work on weight training.
