Hi, any recommendations for a dvd on Shotokan Karate for beginners? I am currently learning Heian Shodan kata. Thanks.

  1. Training in martial arts is great these days. Just add a martialarm in your training. More information is at their site. http://www.youtube.com/martialarm


  2. You should get the Shotokan Kata DVD. Volume 1 has all 8 katas you need to get a black belt.

    Plus it has karate hall of famer Steve Flores which is cool.

  3. Yeah Flores knows his stuff. I went to his school when I lived in Santa Fe.
