  1. Hepititis and Malaria.

That is probably what your doctor will recommend.

Although malaria is a pill you have to take

(TwinRix and Malarone being the most popular of the 2)

  2. Well, I go to DR every two years and stay for 3 months and I never get any shots and I am fine ( and I dont stay at a resort the whole time) but if you are the kind of person who likes to take precaution then yeah good ahead visit your doc get a couple of shots............ but neway your at a resort so you most likely wont get anything.

    Hoped I helped :-)

  3. Hi,

This is not Africa, my dear, you don't need any shots.

    Happy Feet

  4. When I went 8 years ago we had to take a medication to prevent malaria.  You may want to check with your doctor.

  5. Talk with your doctor. He or she will be up to date as to what you need. I suggest you get a hepititus shot if nothing else. Once you get the shot you will be covered for your trip. You will require a booster shot six months from your first.
