Women have the choice to abort the fetus but what if the man wants to keep it and raise his baby. He helped make it. I think Men should be allowed to choice to abort the fetus he helped make if he doesn't want it or beable to make the woman not abort the baby. I'm against abortions by the way I just want some other opinions

  1. I agree with you, if the man takes full responsibility of the child and can provide for it then he should be allowed to raise it if the mother doesn't want to, the end of the day the baby wouldnt  exist without the father so why is it the women get to make a choice to kill it or not and the men have no say.

  2. If he can figure out a way to extract the embryo, implant it somewhere in his body, have it undergo nine months of gestation, and give birth to it, then by all means, yes.

But until that day comes, no.

  3. i don't think the women should have a choice at all. it's her responsibility to take care of that child now that she chose to get pregnant. rape, accident whatever... when a guy puts is s*x organs in a womens pregnancy is always to be taken seriously. i do think that the man that got her pregnant is just as much to be held accountable and should have a say in the proccess. i hate abortions. now "they" are starting to call it selective reduction, i mean come on people it's murder. people don't care about the women or the baby they just want money. everything's always about money. the pregnant teen is told to get an abortion so she can have a normal life... yada, yada... well i say let her deal with the consequences and maybe we wouldn't have so many kids getting pregnant. i know people who have had several abortions like it's going to the store! come on people... when are we going to get a grip and stop this insanity? there's power in numbers!

  4. From the point of view of somebody who thinks that abortions are a sad affair and should only be considered under conditions of severe difficulties, I don't think equal rights for men would do any good. If I observed correctly, it happens much more often that the man wants the abortion and the woman sticks to her child. Giving men equal rights would more likely result in more abortions, than not.

    - Heck, if he wants the baby, how about marrying mom-to-be and providing for the two of them? If more men would do that, we'd see a lot less abortions.

  5. I think that in some states if a man wants to keep the child a women is obligated to carry to term and turn full maternal rights over to the daddy.  In all honesty, this is rarely the case.
