  1. well yes if your a girl then yes you should be shaving your legs by this time in your maturity - but for guys well if they have hair then yes

    It depends..

    Most girls are already shaving their legs by that age.

    Some boys have facial hair and shave it, others don't have it by then.

    If it's needed/wanted, then they should.
