Should America Hope for its First Muslim President as it is for its First Black & Female Presidents?

Shouldn't we aim for a time when a person of any gender, race, and religion can be president?

I thought, Barack Hussein Obama, is Muslim?

I'm not sure it could work, seperation of Church and State, you know.

I do not care who becomes president so long as they are adherant to the Constitution.   That is the supreme law of the land and not religion or ethnicity.   As long as they do not use their race or religion to advance pet causes and trample upon the will of the people then by all means.   However, since many people seem to think what is going on now is how our Republic is supposed to function, I do not see that happening anytime soon.   Everyone is power hungry and we are in a decline.
