If John Lloyd vacates the post as Britain’s Davis Cup captain in the aftermath of the team’s loss to Lithuania, should Andy Murray have any input into who replaces him?

While the LTA would be wise to make an appointment that didn’t ruffle Murray’s feathers – they need him back in the fold at some point soon – it’s probably not necessary to seek his opinion on any (as yet completely hypothetical) appointment.
