Should BCCI reopen the harbhajan case against symonds?

Harbhajan has shown his true color.It is the slap which will cost him huge sum and reputation.Isnt it time for BCCI to reopen the symonds case?

Symonds complained that harbhajan racial abused him by saying "monkey".Then it is sachin who supported harbhajan and said that it is Maa Ki and not monkey.

What does maa ki mean? maa ki.......(private part of symonds mother) This is a greater offense than a slap.

BCCI should immediately reopen this case. It will come under more than offense level 5.

Well the Case has already been closed and the results were in the favor of Harbhajan now theres nothing that BCCI can do because it was matter of ICC and it has already Passed 90 days period.

If BCCI opens the Harbhajan case against Symonds, BCCI will have no moralevalue in international level as it was because of strong protest by BCCI and the support of BCCI,Harbajan got away from that case.

BCCI has supported harbhajan and now there is no question of reopening and the same is not allowed as per ICC rules.I think he has got proper punishment and councelling will be good to bring him back.However shreesant need to better take care as he is no saint as proved by umpire saheba who warned him several time for provoking.I think we need to be with harbhajan as he is our main bowler as Kumble is on verge of retirement and there are not many spinners on sidelines.

Harbhajan has got what he deserves although he should get more but sreesanth with his crocodile tears has gotten away. It is against him that an investigation must be set up now.

No. This is a separate incident. BCCI  backed Harbhajan on Symond's incidennt against the  Anti-racialism  which was objected total team management including Sachin Tendulkar. Beside that  reopen the case, will raise a  question agianst the BCCI governing body about its   transperency
