Should Bernard Lagat retire?

Bernard Lagat didn't have a very good season. I think he has finally reached his peak.

  1. he reached his peak quite a few years ago when he ran his 3:26 1500m.  BUT i do not think he should retire as he is still very dominant on the US level and is still the reigning world champion in the 1500/500  at Osaka last year.
