Should Brett Favre throw out the first pitch and pull the countdown lever at the next Yankees game?

Its an idea I had...we gotta welcome the new guy to New York and is there anything more New York than the Yankees?

I think that's a GREAT idea!!!  He IS a part of New York now and anything he can do at this point to connect himself to the community would be a positive move.  He will forever be associated with Green Bay, but for the immediate future, one of his goals, and one of the team goals, should be to establish a positive relationship with the fans in his new home.

maybe he can be mayor, work the subway,walk the floor at the stock exchange. as soon as he leads the jets nowhere all this hoopla will finally be over. btw ilove watching Favre play dont like what just happened

no because Jet Farve is on the Jets and that means he for Queens Giants and Yankees NYC Jets and Mets Queens. So if anything he throws out the Mets first pitch.

Personally, I'd rather see some random kids throw the first pitch than Farve. If he want to feel welcome in New York, then let him take the Jets to the Superbowl.
