I am really suprised though that many people are so naive to believe that USA did all that stuff in order to prevent terror actions....

Bush isn't the bad guy, Bush is the idiot. Bush does everything that Chaney tells him too. Although we can't distinguish the things that Bush did on his own and that Chaney told him to do, Bush needs to be punished never the less.

In Texas, they don't call it a "War Crime", they call it a "Family Feud"

Ya see, Papa Bush had a grudge with Mr. Saddam back in the days. It seem Old man Saddam invaded Kuwait.  

So Papa Bush, being an oil man, went and kick Saddam butt back north. He would have gotten Saddam back then, but the International coalition that form "Operation Desert Storm"  did not want to pursue Saddam further. The objective was to liberate Kuwait, not topple Saddam.

So many drunken years later, when CIA, FBI and Border Patrol Guards became lazy and stupid and missed all the clues of a pending terrorist attack.  It paved the way for Lil Bush Jr. to come in.  

Lil Bush Jr. is just carrying on the family feud and he finish the job, which Dad couldn't do. He did it without international community support, (something that tied the hands of his father in the last Gulf War)  

So it's not a war crime, it is more of a 'DON'T MESS WITH TEXAS' kinda deal.

Mr. Bush cannot be held for war crimes. the war happened because of terrorists and Saddam Hussein's arrogance.Although war is a big mistake of Bush,at that time he was thinking Of how these b******s killed my American citizens.For others who are being held for war crimes, they killed their own people for personal benefits.

he should be held accountable for the 3000 ppl lost on 9/11 and for the 4000 solders lost in his stupid war. so GWB is responsable for the lost of 7000 ppl and thats not counting the Iraqis. And mick vick got 18 months for fighting dogs
