Should Casey Anthony still be in jail?

Who knows. It's not my place to judge. It all looks real bad, and my opinion as a mother, is that she is guilty of something, but she is a human and deserves to be treated as any other citizen and be given a fair trial. Maybe it won't help, who knows, maybe once she gets back home to her child's belongings, maybe she will break down. Do I want her out, NO!!! DO i think she harmed that baby or covered it up , yes. But all we can do at this point is pray for that baby and hope she is given justice no matter how this turns out.

At least she is still under house arrest.  I'm hoping she'll spill the beans in her "safe environment' now.  I'm certain she'll do her time for her crime once it's revealed what exactly happened to her sweet little girl.

As a red-blooded American, I believe in our justice system and the fact that "one is innocent until proven guilty".  However, how much should investigators have to be sent running around the bush by her habitual lies?  Why hasn't she been forced to give a lie-detector test and point blank asked about Caylee?  And her parents......If it were my granddaughter, I would as of yesterday on her arrival home began INTENSE questioning, and not make her life "comfortable".  Sorry....She was the last known person to see this precious child alive.....She needs to give answers and give them now!  Had not TS Fay swarmed through Orange County, she would still be having the attention that I so believe that she is striving for!  She claims she has her own investigation going.....Okay, put up or shut up!  But mainly lock up!

I think she should stay in jail until she rots, she is one of the most terrible people I've read about..I can't fathom my child being gone for all this time and not saying where she is!

And it's BS that she was doing her own investigation to find Caylee.

I agree with DAME, she either sold the girl or this poor kid is dead.

I hope she sleeps real well knowing 1/2 of the world hates her!

Of course she should be in jail. Her crime is NOT REPORTING A MISSING MINOR FOR A MONTH!

Nope.  She  believes in her whacked head that she is innocent and has no idea where her daughter is.  I think there was an accident in the pool ( or that she drowned her).  She is more worried about herself then her daughter.
