Should Chelsea be renamed?

To 'Talentwasters', They policies are ******** ridiculous, fair enough they have the money to but should they be capped on who-what and when they buy, my examples are Shaun Wright Phillips, Glen Johnson, Scott Sinclair (benchwarmer) Steve Sidwell, in my eyes Chelsea just buy talent so that they have rights to the name...they dont raise talent through their youth system then give them the chance to make their names heard. And before i get Chelski fans accusing me of being a Man u fan or Arsenal fan im not, i support my local team and thats it. What are your thoughts?

yeah they just buy all the good players.  the should have a limit on who they can buy.

Well i ******** hate Chelsea... With a Passion! I hope they crash and burn.... I heard they only bought Jon Obi Mikel so Manunited couldnt get him.... Roman Abrmaovich has more money than brains.... Btw u sound like a west ham supporter.... They stole Lampard, Joe Cole, Glen Johnson from my team and i will never forgive them

I'm not sure I agree. If you can afford to buy and pay lots of quality players who are willing to sit on the bench, then why not? It's not a bad thing to have decent subs on your team.

If they were all available, Man Utd could now pick from Rooney, Tevez, Berbatov, Ronaldo, Giggs, Scholes, Nani, Anderson, Carrick, Fletcher, Park and a few others to fill the six spots in attack and midlield. Most of whom would walk into any first team squad in England.

Now tell me some of those players won't be doing a fair bit of bench warming this season.

If these Chelsea players are so good and are so despereate for first team football, I'm sure they could easily find it elsewhere. The likes of Chelsea and Man Utd can afford to have massive teams filled with quality players. I'm sure the players don't mind all that much either - they're still getting fat paychecks, week in, week out, whether they play or not.

Chelsea are the biggest money wasters I've ever known,  they bought Shevchenko and Wright-Phillips for big money then sold them back to the clubs they bought them from for a fraction of the price wheres the sense in that?

i agree

they only buy players for the sake of buying them and to prevent them from going to other teams but in the end those players would have been better off at some other team rather than playing in chelsea cause its just a waste of talent as you said
