no. they should never do that. currently they're already the subject of extreme criticism among the international community. stockpiling more nuclear warheads will just give other countries to attack them again and again. china isn't that dumb either. remember the cold war? everybody knows what the consequences of a nuclear war will be. it will be MAD( Mutally Assured Destruction). and no one really wants destruction on such a horrific scale.

so I guess it's okey for the US to invade Iraq for oil, but not okey for China to build submarines

US is not the only country that has Nuke, u think u can scare us with that? keep that in mind, we don't want to use it, but sometimes we just have to do what we have to do

Any nation is entitled to defend itself.  However, China;s armed forces, in terms of both quality and quantity of hardware and numbers of personnel, already far exceed what is necessary to defend the place from attack.
