Michael Clarke moved himself into the No. 3 batting slot for Australia against Pakistan in their Twenty20 at the MCG – where he made 32 from 26 deliveries. Should he remain in this batting position on a long-term basis?

Clarke has moved around the order a bit in the Twenty20s so he needs to bed himself down in a role. No. 3 seemed to suit against Pakistan – and gives him a chance to get some time in the position perhaps for the day when Ricky Ponting vacates it in the other formats of the game.
