  1. That's like showing up to the college, taking a dump on the front lawn, kicking the door in and asking for a free education. lame.


  2. the short answer , yes i mean the ones that do make it to college are usually the ones that have lived in the US their whole life and most likely have a descent record.

    I Know for a fact that they dont get financial aid and i know this because i have filed out the FAFSA and its a pain in the *** to get.  

  3. They should allow illegal immigrants to enroll.

    Maybe then, they can finally have someone to help them learn English. This will help reduce the amount of rolled eyes when they speak and harassment from those that think that they are above everyone.

    But haven't you noticed, if someone speaks Italian, it's totally fine in the US?

  4. i don't believe they should, or if they do, they should not be allowed financial aid from the govt. because taxpayers are the reason there is financial aid and they should not be able to tak advantage of that because they are not taxpayers. and most college students don't pay taxes (or younger ones) but their parents do and they will eventually so illegal immigrants who have nothing to contribute to the pot should not be able to take from it. but that's my opinion, hope i don't offend anyone...

  9. no but they do and they get work study and financial aid and ffree student housing and free food with that housing.  I know people that only need to finish a year or 2 of college to graduate but they only way they can do that is to take out out loans. A standard school here (public univ..the only one in this area for 75 miles) is $50,000 a year just for tuition.add to that books, fees, room and board, travel.  Even if they take out a loan it would only cover about 3/4 of that and then they can't afford to cover the rest so yes.. I am tired of my taxes paying for them. there are too many Americans who want, and deserve to go to college and who are willing to work and pay taxes while doing it and can't afford to.

    If someone makes it to this country to achieve a dream and help his or her family. please stop your hatred toward a person who is only struggling to do good and survive.

    Yes I totally agree with you if he/she is illegal and on top of that is and planning to harm others.

    But I am talking about miserable and hard working people coming here illegaly just to survive? They also wished to be here legaly, but they could not afford it. You thInk their parents were so happy to let their child leave them and walk the deserts dead or alive to reach US?.

    (Imagine sending a paycheck to the mother or little brother or sister? Showing them that he is something, regardless of his sufferings, humility, crying in the toilet not to show his tears?. Not even buying a hot dog or a coke for himself which he was craving? Besides he is not taking your job away, by the way he is doing the dirty job, throwing your trash away.  Be in their situation, please, please just for a moment.

    By the way I am not illegal, worked hard for my green card, even lost my parents. But again it is human to understand

    the measures they take  to make it here.

    If he or she makes it to education, which I doubt, we should be proud of them.

  12. Yes for the sole purpose of rounding them up in a cage on the first day of class, putting shackles on their ankles and hands and then shipping them back over the border.

    A person struggling to do good would not start off with the first thing they do is break our immigration laws, that's the opposite of do good-er.  I'm not proud of any criminals, illegals included.

    Show me an illegal that was actually starving and I will give you my ocean front property in Arizona.

  15. No, they should not.  Our colleges should be concentrating on educating the legal citizens of this country, not the ones that are breaking the law.
