Should Cricket World Cup be renamed Commonwealth Cup?

Several months back, the ICC decided to cut down the number of associates competing at the 2011 World Cup. Considering that the only non- Commonwealth nation in 2007 was Holland.... Should the ICC simply go ahead and brand the World Cup the Commonwealth Cup? Because that's what it is f**king becoming!

To the best of my knowledge France is not a part of the Commonwealth. So how do you expect them to watch or play. Its demeaning to them!

You obviously see the world-cup  ----to ask this question.

No because that would limit the teams that could play the world cup if france wanted to play then they would be discouraged to play if it were called the Commonwealth Cup because they hate the commonwealth and fought to get out of it.
