  1. All I know is that Liverpool themselves have clearly realized they are in the fourth spot of EPL by a thread of an insignificant nothing, and soon they will be toppled over.

  2. erm.. all i have to say is: pulling out is a greater "strategy"..

omg.. wat the heck am i saying..

    *sips from her coffee*

    :(

  3. I can't see it coming to fruition without a seriously wealthy backer such as DIC.

If DIC go ahead with a bid to oust the much disliked incumbents, what or who may be next? After Abu Dahbi and Dubai there are 5 more emirates within the UAE -    Ajman, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah, and Umm al-Quwain, all of which contain enough oil rich Sheiks to take out any Prem Team. And that is just the one Gulf State. What of Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar the Saudis and Oman.

I have lived in the region and I know that these guys can be very competitive with each other and they love their football. I am sure other Sheiks will want to play.

And to those who think that Arabs cannot or will not dominate football, I would point out how very quickly they became the dominant force in horse racing. I am not passing judgement on whether it is good or bad, just outlining what may happen.
