  1. Should be... Linda murder has no time limit.

  2. 1- There was no murder!  #2-There was no love child! #3- The coroner's report stated that she died from"accidental drowning"as a result of an automobile accident with no mention of how the accident occurred due to the fact that it is not his job to make such determinations. #4-The accident report that was filled by the State Police found this to be an accident caused by a missed turn at the bridge and no charges were recommend but rather would leave it up to The States Attorney to determine and that office did not file any charges as they too found it to be accidental! #5- The family of Mary-Jo , although they have never and will never forget the horrible event that took her from them also found it to be nothing more than an accident.

  3. Of course, I just call em as I see em....

  4. The walls of Camolot protected even the jester back in '69. I think with his rotting liver and brain tumor, we are all supposed to forgive him his foolish youth. We will have to settle for the same justice Nicole Simpson got, I'm afraid.  None.

  5. Bush/Cheney violated constitution of the United States (It is well documented in David Kusinich' report). Ted Kennedy allegedly broke the criminal or common law. He was not tried , now it's too late.

  6. Old news but why not, he is the biggest tree hugging, g*y loving lib out there.

  7. It's always water under the bridge when I lIberal commits a crime or Murder, I was sick last night as the Dems, pranced Uncle Teddy around as a moral and decent man, but failed to bring up the point that after the accident Uncle Teddy swam to shore and went home went to bed and called the cops 11 hours later all along poor Mary Jo, leaving her to sit there in the car under water to die, I find that sick, and in the same class as O.J. Simpson, I mean put aside party lines, I mean he called the cops 11 hours later as she was left to die,

  8. That's water under the bridge, so to speak. But yes, the hero of Chappaquiddick should have been prosecuted.

  9. I'll agree to that if you agree to execute traitors bush & cheney for allowing terrorists to attack the USA and murder Americans on 9/11.

  10. Some questions about your question:

What is a "cornor"? Anything like a coroner?

What is a "trun to the bridge"?

What does the word "whant" mean?

    Now to answer your question:

Isn't it heartless to make such sarcastic remarks about a man living with a brain tumor? Leading Democrats and Republicans (including Bush and McCain) united to offer Ted condolences after learning of his illness. Why can't you take a hint from BUSH AND McCAIN, instead of being so spiteful?

Chappaquiddick happened 39 years ago. Get over it. Isn't it more relevant to think of the 4,000 US TROOPS WHO HAVE DIED looking for "weapons of mass destruction" in Iraq?!

  11. Long time ago.  Should'nt even be a topic for discussion.  Stupid.

  12. Yes, no further explanation is needed.

I have a feeling it would turn out like the OJ trial though, 99% of the evidence points to guilty but that 1% will get him off.

  13. Should have been when it happened

  14. Tell you what, write to the local state prosecutor there, tell them what you said here.  I will too.  Vehicular homicide doesn't have a statute of limitations so there really is no reason not to charge him.  If our system is fair and just then he should be charged.

  15. He should. But apparently he is above the law, for being a Rich white S.O.B.,not just a lib-tard necessarily . The Kenedys have sadly given liberalism a real bad name in this country. Along sides Rush Limbaugh ,Teddy boy is the biggest hypocrite out their in public. Don't like admitting this, but even Rush Limbaugh never killed someone in that kind of way.Nor do I think Rush would ever allow himself to do such a thing to someone.

  16. Yes, before he dies from that brain cancer. I mention the cancer because I am always seeing someone mention the fact that McCain has had cancer. You know like Biden has had two aneurysms.

  17. You should have asked this 40 years ago.  Funny how the same people who are so hung up on this event think it was OK for John Edwards to cheat on his wife, and, now (here's the funny part,) these same people say, "It happened so long ago, they should leave Edwards alone".

  18. In a very short time he,ll have to explain it to Jesus
