  1. Wouldn't have made a difference anyway...

  2. Yes in my opinion. But I think it's one of those things. If I was South African I would be convinced that it wasn't a try.

  3. Definately!!! We were robbed by that decision.

  4. Could have gone either way, personally I would have given it just to make the game more interesting. They Bokke would have been forced to spark up and start playing some real rugby.

Why is it that when England play a boring kicking game people get grumpy, but when RSA (with arguable the best back line in the world) do it in the world cup final, people cheer ?

The Argentina - France game was twice the game the final was.

  5. YES. It was a fair try. We were robbed.

  6. no......but nice try

  7. I thought it was a try...

  8. whatever, its over,move on.

  9. No. The replay clearly shows his foot was out.

  10. Fair question mate, I honestly don't know about a try but at least you are not moaning about the fourth official like the purple one on here earlier.

  11. Please dont take away from your team with this silly question.  Watch the replays, his foot was over the line before the ball was down.  It was NOT a try.  And even if it was, it would have made no difference for goodness sake, you guys werent 5 or 7 points behind at the end, you were 9 behind.  It was not a try.  England played alot better than I expected and were awesome in defense so be proud of them.

As for my Bokke!  I never doubted they would win.  Well done, I am so proud.

  12. Unfortunately his foot touched the line before he grounded the ball. So no.

  13. He was in touch.

  14. His foot clipped the white paint moments before he grounded it. he was out. It was not a try. Springboks won. end of disscussion.

  15. No,definently not, foot clearly touched the line. Martin Johnson confirmed it was in touch so that should end the debate, as he doesnt concede anything!

  16. No. But I bet all the Englis whinge about it. The TMO gave a good decision.

  17. It looked pretty close but I can see why people are pretty gutted over the decision.  Was it a try, I really don't know.  I've seen the replay and it was too close to call.

  18. it was close, but NO

  19. yes it was a try ,we were robbed

  20. No. It wasn't a try.

  21. Sorry to have to say it, but it wasn't a try!

If it had been, I am sure we might have gone on to win, but it would have been a travesty to the way South Africa actually played!

  22. England would have to be awarded a try, its the only way they could get one they sure cant score one the conventional way

  23. No!

  24. no
