Should English be the Official Language Of the USA?

I'm in High school and in my Current Problems Issues and events class we are debating over whether English should be the official language of the USA. Unfortunately My team has to argue the negative which is very hard for me. please only leave answers for the negative side of the argument and not the affirmative, ^,^

I vote for it! How about this negative... Obama said we should all learn spanish.. The politicians are pushing against english... Yet, Obama cant speak spanish himself, hypocrite!
