Should Garguilo sue Jiminez?

Or can he, under Canadian rules? I know NFL players have sued others in the past when they have had serious injuries after dirty or obviously rule breaking plays. If he can, do you think he should sue Jiminez? I would take his salary for years if I were Gargiulo!

I think it's bullshit that Jimenez gets to play in the playoffs, and is probably looking at no more than a one-game suspension for that hit.  That being said, since the CFL doesn't pay the kinda money that the NFL does, I don't think Gargiulo will sue, unless his injuries serious incapacitate him.  Ending his career is a given, but will he be able to lead a normal life after recovery?  I think that's the big question here.

yes he should sue...no call for dirty hits...he went to intentionly hurt this player and should have to pay...both financially and with the suspension the league doesnt know how to.... or wont enforce...
