  1. Considering that Simon Wesenthal has been exposed as a conman and possible n**i collaborator and that even the Israeli security services considered him to be a self promoting incompetent-No! Just look up his entry on Wikipedia for latest about the conman promoted by the unscrupulous propaganda machine of Jewish Hollywood.,

Also don't forget The Wiesenthal Centre has made so many foolish and ill informed, possibly malicious claims like Ireland harbouring Jewish art from n**i era etc and has had so many claims for defamation aginst the centre upheld by various international courts - then again - No!!

  2. Yes. Think of the brutal slayings in the Gaza since January alone. Who will bring these killers to justice? A war crime is definable and international law must be enforced; if the UN won't do it then Hamas should. You raise an excellent point,to which I will add the suggestion that an the National Security Forces (NSF) of Gaza should have a formal intelligence agency. You will need one to track down these war criminals and bring them to justice.

  3. Hamas should get out of the way and let some one with some sense worry about it.

Sending radical murderers to seek justice is impractical.

  4. Assuming their is merit in your argument that Israeli military personnel should be kidnapped or hunted down in third-party countries in order to be brought to trial for human rights abuses, than Hamas is certainly not the organisation to do it.  Hamas is still classified as a terrorist organisation with a questionable human rights record of its own.  The Palestinians would need to set up an apolitical organisation with international legal expertise to carry out such a function.

  5. Zionists and war criminals are EXCLUSIVE GROUPS...being a Zionist does not make one a war criminal just as being a war criminal does not make one a Zionist.

  6. The western media doesn't report this (no-duh Mr. Murdoch), but many Israeli military learders and politicians could not land in Europe and other places without being arrested for crimes against humanity/war crimes.  Ariel Sharon has been indicted for war crimes by The World Court, for instance.  And just this year an Israeli general barely made it back on an El Al flight before being arrested.

AIPAC may virtually control the U.S. congress and White House but most of the rest of the world considers the government of Israel to be the single greatest threat to world peace.  Jimmy Carter's book “Palestine: Peace Not Apartheid”  and Stephen Walt and John Mearsheimer work exposing AIPAC and its control of our politicians and media are just two examples of how the new form of McCarthyism - anti-Semitism - isn't working any more.

The truth always comes out eventually.  The sooner we are able to have a meaningful public debate about the policies of the Israeli government, the better it will be for Israeli citizens, Americans and the rest of the world.

  7. lol. hamas can't bring food and water to their own people.

they can't bring to justice their own citizens who kill young women for appearing alone in public or (gasp!) talking to boys.

they couldn't bring food to their people from working greenhouses!

but even the germans have a holocaust memorial museum. it might be good for hamas to build a museum so all their citizens can see all the hateful, violent, terrorist things that hamas has done.

  8. I don't know about Hamas,

but those ''PIGS'' who slaughtered many unarmed crowed ( and still do ), women & children included should brought up to justice.

  9. Personally I have no problem with this idea.  I wish that they would take exactly that course of action.  I support any group, and all individuals, who desire to live by the law.

I believe that it is important to identify, and prosecute, anyone who commits war crimes regardless of circumstances or nationality.

It will probably not ever happen because it requires Hamas to show restraint, and that has not yet been one of their strong points.

It is relatively easy to accuse someone of war crimes-to jump up and down, and scream and yell and rend garments and cry on television, and demand justice be done.  And it is relatively easy to kill the person that you believe is a war criminal-Hamas is pursuing that policy today.

But it is another matter entirely to present evidence in the International Tribunal in the Hague that will result in conviction.  If a person is truly guilty of committing atrocities in combat-in war-then all people will see the guilt, and acknowlege it.

The Simon Wiesenthat Center has been so effective in its actions because ultimately they have acted solely as a detective agency.  When they have collected enough proof then they bring the matter to international attention, and other agencies act to prosecute.

  10. No Because HAMAS are war criminals just like the Zionists are. Aywa ana Asif, but thats the truth! Hamas do no help for the palestinians or the palestinian cause. THEY HATE ISRAEL MORE THAN THEY LOVE PALESTINE!

Hamas & The Zionists should burn in h**l so Muslims, Jews & Christians could live together happily and peacfully!

ps: and if those Hamas pieces of Garbage ever attack Egypts borders again, like our minister said "7anidihom BIL GAZMA EL ADIMA"  (we will give them with a shoe on their head)

Hamas and the Zionists both cause pain to the palestinian people...weli mish 3agbo yishrab min el ba7r!
