Should Hawaii has monarchy restore?

Many Native Hawaii depend the goverment, to allowed restore of Hawaii Monarchy, but is just like those in UK, Japan hold no political power but in public figure, is that constitution? After all U.S. took the power from the Monarchy.

The monarchy should only be restored if a majority of Hawaiians want it.

I do not think they can be restored. Since mainland America took over the islands and made them a state of the mainland, the rules changed. Monarchy could not be returned as it not the rule of the country

Too bad they were forsed out in the 1st place. They actually loved the people they were in charge of. No question, it will never be restored.

The only for that to happen is if Hawaii were too secede from the US and form their own nation.

The Hawaiaan monarchy wass overthrown by a small gang of thieves who called themselves businessmen.  They included Lorrin Thurston and Sanford Dole, aided by their partner-in-crime, Minister John Stevens, they seized power ... and their successors have never left it go. If this happened today, we'd call it a coup- d'etat and send in the Marines. 110 Years ago they called it  "Let's Grab It First" and they also sent in the Marines....to enforce the takeover.
