  1. s*x is gift of God or nature and homosexuality is totally contrary to natural s*x, so it may distroy natural s*x so prohibited.

  2. Legalized?  It already is against the law to discriminate against homosexuality.

  3. It should carry a STIFF penalty..haha that didnt sound right.

  4. I think it should be decriminalised in this country as for the rest of the world it is up to the respective countrymen to decide. Lets just be honest, no matter what the law says there is no way homosexuality go out of existance.

  5. i dont think it is illegal in most places....but its true, many people are against it!

  6. A pointless question, really.

Those countries that persecute g**s are mostly religiously based, and they will not change their ways or their laws  unless we also outlaw the underlying religious babble.

Since that's not possible, there isn't any point in making grand declarations.

  7. yes, it's hardly a criminal offence.

  8. Yup.

  9. didn't know it was illegal (except maybe iran).

  10. yes, I don't believe the government should have any say as to what two consenting adults do in the pricavy of the bedroom.

Sodomy was still illegal is about 15 states (all sexes) until the supreme court decision of Lawrence v. Texas (2003)  deemed such laws unconstitutional.

Up until about 5 years ago, the USA was persecuting g**s, it isn't an archaic or religious based persecution.

  11. well, its not actually 'illegal' except maybe in some arab countries...

whether its illegal or not people are still gonna do it anyway.

  12. Legalized?

I was not aware that it was illegal. If you keep your private matters private, noone can stop you from being homosexual.

  13. no!!!!!!!!!!

  14. Who would enforce such a law? The new world order?

  15. I wouldn't have a problem with this in principle, however, laws are a matter for whatever state is drafting them and it would be wrong for me to impose my values on other states

  16. It's not my business to tell the world how it must behave.  If it works for their citizenry then okay, if not, then it's not of my business.  Just like I care what the world thinks of my country.  Its none of their business.

  17. Yes,

just because the majority of a country shares a religion, doesnt mean everyone does.

    people have rights...

  18. The only place it is illegal is in Islamic countries, and the various doctrines of human rights mandate that all peoples sexual orientations be respected.
