Should I Buy The Xbox 360 Now or Wait Till September For The Rumored Price Cut?

and im buying an arcade because my premium broke

I think you should wait and the price cut should come between September-December, i also have a broken premium and want to get and arcade and switch the hard drive.....and don't worry about the 360 having any more issues, by September new Xbox 360s should be rolling out with 65nm GPUs and CPUs codenamed "Jasper" meaning less heat and no RROD....but the ones now are still good anyway...the Falcon ones with only the CPU at 65nm and GPU still at 90nm. So if you wait you will get a cheaper and better working 360.

It's always smarter to wait until the sell, especially if it is soon. I'm unsure about the rumor, but 360 is due for a price cut anyway, if not in Sept. then definitely for the next holiday season. A weary warning though: 360 have many flaws that require you to send the 360 back to the company, often with a fee. So far I've seen friends send back the 360 twice in about a year, each time paying upwards of $100 dollars for the repair.

buy a refurbished one dont blow your money on a new one and then if the price does come down you wont feel bad about it

The arcade will be dropping to $199.99 sometime in September. You might have better luck with ebay, because I bought my premium used on ebay with all the original packing and supplies for 135.99.
