no that starter deck is just a bunch of random cards.

As the other people have said, the E-hero deck isn't very good. A deck that is wrongly overlooked, however, is the Surge of Radiance deck (Fairy). It has a lot of good cards already and it's tactics are playable without hinging on one card *coughcoughspellcastersjudgementcoughcou... plus there are some potentially huge monsters in there.

Lol, hey man buy any one you want.  Pick out what deck you would like to play, and stick with.  What i like best is the Dark Emperor starter.  This is based around Remove frm Play tactics.

well it has necroshade and some e heros matter but  im getting it for some cards in it today so  i dont know up to you i actually like it if u add some good cards it will be pretty good trust me i have a Elemental Hero deck thats like invincible

hey i went to the turnament last week and won it one of the guys had jadens starter deck believe me i won him quicker than you think as the name suggest it is a starter deck for beginners so just buy a diffrent one.
