Should I DELETE or BLOCK the suspicious message that my anti-virus program Avast has found?

It gives these choices about a suspicious email that just came in. Which should I pick? Thank you

were you expecting an email from someone? Does it say who the message is from? If it's someone you know it's probably safe to let it in. If it's from a mystery sender then delete it

I would pick delete.If the sender is in your address book then delete them at once.Otherwise e mail viruses can go thorough the address book of the infected user and send everone on His/her list the same c**p.That's how many email viruses spread.

look at it this way!!You get it,Then it sends to your contacts.from there to their contacts.See how it works? another words your friends trust it because it comes from you so their friends might trust it.Thus it spreads.

it should be deleted immediately -- even from a trusted person delete it and inform them that they are sending an e/mail with a virus
