Should I Get Into Airsoft???

Question

If I have trouble affording paintball, should I get into airsoft, I'm in North Carolina, and have never played before. I can deal with pain and my main uses would be for fun like target practice and wars. I'm right in the time it is growing, should I invest my time and cash in it. Also, I wouldn't count on anyone having over a $90 gun.

Airsoft is a great sport to get into I have been playing it for years.

Go for it paintball is so expensive but a lot more fun in my book, air soft really doesn't hurt unless you are kind of close or if you have a decent gun, like my friends. (its a pistol, but its better than any rifle I've seen). As for the guns, I would stick with pistols that one is pretty close to what my friend has, so go for it. It's a whoooole lot cheaper.

Yup you should fun and doesnt hurt much but a little bit. You can get a good gun under 40 bucks, so do it. Also i wouldnt do it from there. Get your airsoft from airsoft atlanta.com. the store is in atlanta and i think gerogia so it would be pretty fast to get to your place. The shipping is 10 bucks but i live in michigan and it came in 2 days so for you it would take a day tops.

I play both, and can affirmatively say that paintball is more fun. However that's because I play speedball with good equipment. And when I first started, like most other new paintball players, I used to hate having to play with basic cheap paintball gear. Plus It is expensive, and I agree with you, unless you have a job, paintball can eat all you money in a hurry. So if your not willing to fork out some extra cash for paintball, it may be worth switching to airsoft.  

I like airsoft Just because a decent quality gun can be purchased for under $150. Then all the other needs are only bbs, and maybe some camo. The guns dont shoot as far, and it doesent hurt anywhere near as bad as paintball, but for a cheap alternative, airsoft is fun.

btw, I would look into a better gun than a basic clear spring pistol. especialy when you can get an good MP5 AEG for about $90

yea its pretty fun when your playing with friends...you should buy this gun
