  1. sound like the dentist drilled a lil too far..

no need to pull tooth, just go to a better Dentist and have the filling redone!!

  2. I know you have fear of the dentist, but that is who you need most right now. Sometimes, after a filling, the bite is a little "off". This is very easy to fix and does not mean that the filling was not done properly. If you  have a filling that is "off:, it can make the tooth quite sore. Relax, go back and see the dentist and I am sure that things will be fine.Good luck

  3. I got one a few years ago and they hurt for a bit but after a day it goes away and you can eat strawberries and a steak again and not have to be in pain.

Think of it this way, if you didn't have the filling the tooth will get a bigger hole and eventually rot and go gross and infect the rest of you mouth making for a lot more pain. That's what my dentist said to me.

The hurting will stop. Use it to your advantage, have a day of work / school :)

  4. All teeth are sore after having a filling put in,  this will slowly fade away.   The bigger the cavity was allowed to get,  the more sore it may be at first.   If the tooth starts throbbing like crazy,  then go back and have the dentist x-ray it,  since the cavity may have gotten close to the nerve.

It may be a bit bigger because you didn't go the first time when they were trying to catch it when it was small.

Don't go taking the filling back out.  Everytime they redrill on a tooth,  it's just going to ache more !!
