  1. yeah!

    get a new job!

one that pays better and that you're happy with.

    good luck!

    :D

  2. How badly do you need the money? Well thats a dumb question i guess if you're working there in the first place. hopefully you aren't there for pure pleasure, but mcdonalds is a great place to work compared to many other. you'll find the same type of people working in fast food chains so you won't find best friends at a new place for long. a new employee will come that you can crush on.

why not step things up and work at a real restaurant where you can get some interaction with customers and not feel like a wannabe gangster?

  3. Their food sucks

    so why not quit

    haha

  4. That is up to you. Most fast food places do have a high turnover because no one wants to do that kind of work. It is usually just a job for kids to start with and then go on to bigger and better things.

I can see why you have ganster types because most workers are teenager to very young 20 something with little schooling. MOst are still in high school waiting to graduate and like I said above go on to bigger and better things.

(I don't know how old you are or if you are still at home and in school but wait another 5 months and there will be another new crew. If you like the money and if it is worth it to you to stay then stay. If you like McDonald's and want to make a carreer out of it stay because there will be a whole new crew every few months. Some you will like some you will hate.)

  5. quit

  6. Stop working there! It's c**p to your soul!

    DEMONS! They will fallow you!!!

(I guess you can work there, but, whatever you do, DON'T EAT IT!!!! AHHHHHHHHH!!!)

Ok, just quit it. Is junk. You shouldn't support a place like that.... Just think, you are making tons of people obese..... That is not good, if ya didn't know... Which ya did.... It's not good for your reputation....

  7. I only read the title

    yes you should

  8. quittttt.

    :)

  9. 5 months,i would not last 5 minutes at mickeydeez.

tell the manager you want to work a double shift on

the busiest day then don't come in,as a matter of fact

    don't ever go back.

  10. Is it possible to transfer to another store?  Before you quit you need to try to talk to the manger about what bothers you and see if things can be worked out.  Remember that if you  quit with out giving notice it looks bad and could hurt  you in trying to get a new job.

  11. i wouldn't quit until you have another job lined up, but you get really good hours

  12. what do you expect- it's McDonald's, not Ruth's Chris..this is why you  need to get an education and stay in school- you don't want this job for the rest of your life!!!

  13. yes

  14. You should quit. The worst thing in the world is to get up everyday and go to a job you hate and work with people you don't like. Just have a backup plan first.

  15. do what makes you happy!

  16. If you're not happy with your job you should quit it but before hand you should go job hunting to find jobs that are hiring. If you make it past the interviews you should give a notice to the old job.

  17. wait until Ronald McDonald visits your store. Then walk up to him, b*tch slap his painted a**, and leave!! Wanna super size that, clown boy??

  18. u should go work at sonic. my bestfriend works there and she made manager in less that 2 years. and she LOVES her job. and i think they pay like 8

  19. im in the exact same situation almost.

i have worked there 3 years tho, and my problem is im miserable because im due a promotion which has been promised for so long and its working at a snails pace..i am one of the best workers, they give me responsibility and put so much pressure on me sometimes i feel like crying it gets so bad.

i know they just want to push me to see if i can handle it but i dont know if its worth it.

i dont know if i should leave or not. i think you should stick it out for a while. 5 months isnt that long,

i mean unless its totally nothing to do with what u want to do.

i would like the manager experience and that is why im stickin it out, but if you hate it so much, now is the time to leav b4 u get sucked in....

    good lucK!

  20. if you're not happy

    then you should quit

maybe yo ucan work at some place where they pay you less but have good tips.

  21. yes:)

  22. Lifes too short to be miserable every day man. Get the h**l outta there!

    Monster.com

    Hotjobs.com

    better jobs are out there

  23. Don't quit until you secured another job! Give at least a weeks notice.

    http://www.ajb.com

Maybe round it off to 6 months experience. Some employers like that much work experience. Customer Service, Cash handling, Cleaning.

  24. If you can stick it out, I would do so. Only because these people won't last long and hopefully you will get some decent people back.

Try to make the best of it and if you are no longer able, I would look for another job before quitting so that your income continues.

    Good Luck!
