I just lost two games of pong and a round of king's cup, but I'm home now and bored. I feel like writing a girlish vampire story ...

  1. Why not? (Ahem, disclaimer: you must be 21 to do this.) I know that lots of writers are drunk right now or were under the influence way back when. Just look at Hemingway. (okay, maybe not the most positive example) Just be sure to be sober when you revise. Ha!

  2. You should always write under the influence...if it can be read clearly the next day, then you just might surprise yourself...somewhere in those random ramblings of inebriation there just might be a singular gem of bright erudition - a clever bit shined and brought forth by a little too much juice...after all, truth lives at the bottom of every wine bottle.

  3. Do it now! Haha, you may come up with a bestseller, and your fans will ask, "What's your secret?" Then you'll reply, "Write when drunk."

  4. Now, when you're drunk, you can get high and write the best girlish vampire story ever that half of the girls here will adore ;]

  5. It works for me ; )

  6. Good idea. In vino veritas.

  7. Guess so. Don't go over the line and what's oomph anyway?

  8. It did wonders for Hemingway...

  9. Haha, go ahead. See what happens. You're not writing to bad at the mo. :p.

  10. more interesting if you're drunk  =p

  11. I'd read it! You're drunk, you can write this... but being drunk will put more oomph into it, you know?

  12. I think you should. It would be cool to see the kind os things you could come up with. You never know, it might lead you to a great idea!

  13. As long as it's better than "Twilight", drink away!
