Should I audition for it?

there is a school talent show coming up when I get back in school. I sing really good but I'm very shy. should I audition? I need help! support!

Yeah you should, go for it. Dont be shy, just go and audition. When you are auditioning, forget being shy. Just focust on singing not on anything else!

Of course!  If performing is what you like, you're gonna have to get over the cold feet.  Even some of the most acclaimed actors and actresses will tell you that they are shy.  But don't let that stop you.  Plus, if you do go, you'll be a star even if it's only at school.  If you bomb, people may giggle for a little while.  Not a big.  I say go if it.  Break a leg.

If you want to do it, you need to just do it and learn ways to get rid of your shyness. Trust me, theatre is a way most people get rid of shyness or at least when they're on stage. Don't you want to be able to say "Hey I did it, and I did my best" Hopefully you don't want to look back and say "I shou;d have done it, what would it have been like.." There's no point in that, you'll never know unless you audition. When the spotlight ****, you normally won't hardly see the audience, just imagine there's no one else around except you and your fellow actors, trust me you become close with them. You become like family, it's great. Just focus on what you're doing and show them what you've got, if you don't make it or the lead, don't worry, trust me there will be other chances and opportunities!

You totally should! Challenging yourself will be a great way to become a little more outgoing! Plus, you will probably get to know some people during the practices for the show! BUT you might want tobe in a group with a friend so you aren't going in it alone!
