Going out to eat on a date and then we're coming back here for drinks and dessert. Really dessert. I'm not sure if it's better for me to make something or go get something. I wouldn't pull it off as mine or anything haha. Just wondering.

  1. if u have time to fix the cookies then do it makes it seem like u care about the date and want it to be special

  2. How about a classic "Death by Chocolate" cake? See the source link for the recipe. Very romantic! And good luck on your date!

  3. First of all can you bake? Don't be giving that man or woman no burnt cookies girl. Go to the bakery.

  4. homemade is better if you can bake.  if your not too confident in you baking skills you can make something that doesn't require baking such as a trifle.  you can check out some delicious trifle recipes at the following site:

    Good luck!  :)

  5. it depends. if you think you can pull it off then ya go for it and it would taste better.. more homemade. If you're afraid that it'll turn out bad then just buy them.

Homemade tastes so much better than store bought and anyone can notice when it is homemade. You can add your favorite extra ingredients and even make them healthier.

  6. Go to sams or cosco and go to the bakery area. You'll find

a lot of options. Cookies arent really dessert. Its a snack :)

    Good Luck :)

  7. Try these easy, DECADENT bars - a little "fancier" than chocolate chip cookies, but the same general flavor

    HELLO DOLLY

    1/2 c. butter

    1-1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs

1 can Eagle Brand sweetened, condensed milk

    1 6-oz. pkg chocolate chips

    1/2 c. flaked coconut

    1 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter in bottom of 9x13" pan.  Remove from heat.  Sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter.  Spread milk evenly over crumbs.  Sprinkle chips, coconut & nuts over milk; gently press down.  Bake at 350 for 25 min, or until golden brown.  Cool and cut into bars....
