Should I be a teacher aide or an office aide?

Question

I am going to be a Junior in High School this year. I was wondering if I should be a teacher aide, or work in the office as one of my electives. Reasons would be nice, thanks. =)

you get to go almost where ever

and you get a really easy class

other than doing a ton of things for the teacher who will

probably give you work you get to walk around

Office aid then you can break into school records

Being a teachers aide will get you more hands on experience. You will probably get to help with the kids and help plan things. The office aide will probably be more boring things like filing papers and answering phones!

i did office it was boring as h**l after a while and teacher is ok.

i suggest doing a different elective.

I would go for the office aid. I know your young but when you go to get a job it will look good on your application or resume.

I've done both and I preferred being a teacher aide, as long as you get a good teacher.

Definitely office aide.

I choose that in high school and it was a lot of fun.  I didn't really have to do any work.  All I did was sit in a chair, use the computer, take summonses to classrooms and occasionally help them sort some papers out.

You also get to walk around the school as long as you want.
