Should I be concerned about this ebay purchase???

I have recently ordered a playsation 3 on ebay on sunday May 4th(it is now may 12th) and the seller said that they would ship it from New Jersey to Massachusetts(where I live) through USPS parcel post and i have still not received the item. I sent the seller a message about shipping information this friday(3 days ago) and he hasnt replied so im just wonderin if i should be worrried that ive been scammed. I looked at the sellers feedback and most of it seemed good except for one misunderstanding between the buyer and the seller and the feedback was 93%. So im just wonderin if i should be worried about it. thanx!

Based on the seller's feedback it looks like he is slow about shipping out items.  You may want to wait a few days and see if you get the item.  If not you need to contact ebay.  I hope you paid  through paypal.  If you did you should contact them also as they have paypal buyer protection.

While it is possible, I've had similar situations...maybe the seller was away for the weekend...with a 93% feedback rating, it's unlikely to be a scam...unless the 93% was based on only a few transactions and whether the transactions were as a buyer or seller...I'd give it a couple more days...if at that time you still haven't heard from the seller, I'd file a complaint/dispute with ebay/paypal and let them handle it.

report him to ebay like right now and did you purchase shipping insurance otherwise he could say it was lost in transit tell ebay he isnt responding to your emails get this guys attention
