Should I be concerned about this pain?

Hi,

For a couple hours now I have been feeling this mild pain, mainly on my right side and little on my upper left arm. It only really bothers me when I lie down, making it hard for me to sleep. I have only had a mild throbbing like headache accompanying it, mainly in the front of my head.

Yesterday at my job, I worked a 6.5 hour shift that consisted on a lot of standing and walking about. Im also a diet at the moment if that makes a difference.

Should I be concerned? What could this be?

Any help is appreciated. :)

You should see a doctor.  It could be nothing but it could be angina or a heart problem, especially with the left arm thing, or it could be a mild stroke or something like that, but see a doctor.

It may be nothing or it may have to do with your diet. I think you should contact your doctor and tell them what's going on. Maybe they can run some tests that may help figure this out.
