  1. Homeschool !

People who are homeschooled get plenty of socialization. It just isn't in the public school system. Students who grow up being homeschooled do better socially. Not to mention it is a better education (if your parents or gardians are serious about it) And yes, homeschooler CAN go to college.

    A home schooling mom

  2. Sure. Do what makes you happy.

  3. Wow, I just love it when the anti-homeschoolers come out of the woodwork with their "socialisation" arguments!! Lol..........  What? None of you adults who knock homeschooling have made a single friend since you left the institution called school??  Funny, I thought school was all about education not a social life.  Go for it sweetie, if homeschooling seems like a comfortable choice for you then thats the right choice for you to make.  From the day you leave school you will have to make friends the normal way, oddly enough the same way homeschooled kids do, out in the real world, by introducing yourself and being friendly.  Brick school does NOT teach you how to do that, it just teaches you to be scared of a whole pile of things like being beaten up if you dont fit in.

  4. Dude you're going to grow up to be a freaking pyschopath.

Go to a school where you can atleast socialize...

seriously... being good at academics is not the only thing that determines success.

    I mean seriously

  5. its fine to be home schooled, thats really for you to decide. personally i thought it was great that i went to public school because it shows u wat the real world is like, but since uve been in public school and u do know what it is like, home schooling works as long as u keep sociable with your friends. its important to keep friends so u dont shelter urself from the real world. hope this helps.

  6. NO!!!!

    don't do home school

i have had friends do that and they absolutely hated it

i would say stay in public school

    hope i helped =)

  7. No just talk to someone who looks shy or hangs out with only a few people and youll make lots of friends dont worry you just remember that if you make a fool of yourself its only life and they will move on and forget about it i make a fool of myself daily but everyone loves me for it just think of the person youd like to be and be them!

  8. i was homeschooled my last two years and i loved it check it out www.americanschoolofcorr.com

  9. I home schooled both my girls. They still did the sports things and dance classes and had many friends. Both went to the prom with guys who went to public schools. My youngest daughter attends the University of Colorado and my oldest attends Murrary State in Kentucky. Home schooling is a good choice and you do not have to worry about being shot at, molested, peer pressure to drugs or the daily gang c**p associated with schools now a day.

  10. go to public school and practice socializing? cause real important for jobs

  11. EASY! do NOT be home schooled.. How would you make friends and talk about all the memories you made in highschool. You would be sheltered too much. You need to get into an enviroment with other kids. I feel sorry for kids who get home schooled. I have met a few and they have no social skills nor do they know what is going on in the "real word". IF you want a social life and friends and memeories to talk about when you grow old... Public is the way to go!

  12. I think the answer is strictly your preference.  I think you should take responsibility about what's best for your own future.

  13. that sounds fine:)  as long as you get some social stuff in i think that would be great if it makes you happy

  14. you can always try to go to a private schools. less students= making friends with the whole class. and get to learn alot more then going to a public school. in a private school you get to be with the class the whole day and with group projects your sure to find a friend.

  15. I think socializing in your community and with the people on your sports teams is enough.  It will give you an opportunity to have more positive interaction and work on real life skills.  Public school socialization does not resemble real life, in my opinion.

Here's some info on homeschooling and socialization:

    Hope that helps!

  16. stay in public school. because you can't find a boy or Girlfriend and home.

Well you can but only if your a Red nick.

  17. Learning to socialise at school is the best way to go.If you stay home then you  need to find other activities to do so that you communicate with other people. This is important for  learning to get on with people in the work force.

  18. I had a lot of problems socializing too at school, I graduated from public school and graduated from a community college and still I have these problems.  If you're anything like me, I think you need an expert to help you out with your problem before it's too late.  I'm 25 now and I guess it's too late for me, I hope it's not too late for you because socializing is a very important part of being human.

  19. Sometimes being homeschooled is better, since you have total independence in whatever you do and you get individual attention. I would warn you, though, that this independence does not help you out in group situations in the future. Teamwork is an important part of a majority of careers, so is people skills and socializing.

  20. If you have trouble with socializing, you'll have even more being home schooled. Home schooling is best when the student is already naturally outgoing.

  21. You can get socializing with your sports...Homeschooling can be better.........go for it!

  22. stay puplic a nice shool is a charter shool. i go to one

  23. either way is good....If the public school work is suffering from your socializing problems then go to home-schooling...otherwise, stick with public schools...it's cheaper
