Well, I started the diet about a week and I want to keep track of how much calories I intake each day. I'm kind of athlethic, I play tennis from Monday thru Friday for about 1 hr each day and when I start school...I will be playing 2 hrs each day. My total calories should be around 1,800-2,000. I'm not entirely sure. I heard that if a person is active then you can intake more calories each day.

I weigh about 126lbs and about 5'3. (i have muscles too, not just fat! lol)

I think I lost about 3-4 lbs in a week because I've been eating no rice, bread, or noodles and substitute veggies instead with a little bit of meat.

I want to lose up to when I weigh 115lbs which is about 11lbs total.

I was wondering...should I be keeping track of the calories that I intake each day so I do not go over my calorie limits or to see if I'm on track for the right amount of calories each day??

thanks..please help!

  1. make a journal of everything you eat with the calories

  2. You need to. Looking at being mindful of what you have eaten and recording them would really help. Keep track of ALL the foods you have eaten each day. Sometimes, you may not know that you are over already with you limits and ending up not losing so much weight.

http://www.nutritiondata.com/ and http://www.calorieking.com/ are good sites when you want to look how many calories are in each food. Goodluck!
